We, the founding members and spiritual elders of the Republic of Old Souls, do solemnly declare the formation and operation of this ministry as a faith-based, non-statutory religious organization, lawfully recognized under:
26 U.S. Code § 508(c)(1)(A) — automatic tax exemption for churches, integrated auxiliaries, and associations of churches
First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution — guaranteeing religious freedom and non-interference
Ecclesiastical law and divine covenant — the higher jurisdiction to which this ministry is bound
Our Ministry Covenant
We acknowledge one divine Creator, eternal and benevolent, as the source of all truth, love, and freedom.
We operate outside of secular, adversarial jurisdictions, as a moral person comprised of living souls in peaceful assembly.
We hold spiritual sovereignty over our lives, bodies, families, and estates, with no trespass allowed by corporate or statutory entities.
We reject deception, coercion, and war, and commit to promoting peace, remedy, and the awakening of soul consciousness.
We affirm the sanctity of life, private property, and truth, and operate with full faith and honor toward all beings.
We recognize each man and woman as a divine vessel, made in truth, and free by birthright to walk a path of spiritual mastery and service.
We establish our own ecclesiastical structure, declarations, and documentation, including private trusts, ministry credentials, and diplomatic records, without dependence on the public jurisdiction.
This Covenant is the foundational instrument of our 508(c)(1)(A) status. It affirms the divine right of assembly, ministerial authority, and the lawful operations of our spiritual nation.
